The QGA — Black took our pawn but we got it back with an active bishop on c4. We've castled and our pieces are well placed. Black is fighting to hold equality with ...c5. We have a slight but lasting edge.
Slav Defense
The Slav — Black took our c4 pawn and developed the bishop. We stopped the queenside expansion with a4. Now we prepare to win back c4 with e3 and Bxc4. A rich strategic battle ahead.
